Other amenities include air conditioning in all rooms and a four car garage. With its western exposure, you will be able to enjoy the Caribbean's best sunsets.
The oceanside villa has five bedrooms with king size beds and full private baths. There are an additional three 1/2 baths. The two-story master suite with second story office has a Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, ocean view and shower. Two private balconies face the pool and ocean.
The gardenside villa has four Bedrooms with full Private Baths: the Jungle Room with King Size bed and small living room, the Palm Room with King Size Mahogany bed, the Two-Bedroom Suite with Queen Size beds, shared living room and cozy dining room.There is also a half Bath and huge commercial catering kitchen.
The Formal Dining Room seats ten.The casual Outside Dining Area seats eight. There is a formal Living Room and Media Room. All Bedrooms have independent DSS TV receiver and VCR.The Media Room and Master Bedroom have large satellite dish & DSS.There is also an outdoor Sound System and all Oceanside bedrooms have Internet Access. The kitchen equipment includes a Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Machine, Blender, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and B.B.Q. The staff includes American Estate Managers, eleven Housekeepers, four Gardeners, an Electrician/Maintenance man and Chef.
Le Chateau des Palmiers is five miles from Marigot, five minute drive from the nearest Grocery Store and the beach is out the door.
