The property is on Baie Rouge where the beach and the swimming are among the best in the Caribbean. Enjoy the pool and the beach at the same time right outside your villa.
The living room has contemporary furniture, a large plasma TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/tape/CD, screens, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Enjoy the open living room, sitting room, 2 dining rooms and aquarium. New office space with internet access will allow you to hook up your laptop to the World Wide Web if you can pull your self away from the tranquility of the beach.
King beds are featured in the four larger bedrooms and each has their own private bathrooms with showers. New fixtures and accents make the bathrooms just as beautiful as the rest of the villa. The fifth smaller bedroom is perfect for the kids with its set of twin beds.
The well equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and B.B.Q. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, safes, electric gate and satellite dish.
The beach is just a few steps out the door. It is a five minute drive to the grocery and ten minute drive to Marigot. Housekeeping is done daily except Sunday. Pool is maintained twice a week.
