Please note that the policies and procedures listed below tend to vary from island to island.

General:
Home rentals may include daily maid service except Sundays and Holidays. Some packages may not include maid service; please inquire. Gourmet catering service may be arranged.

Deposit:
A 25-50% deposit is required within one week to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit.

Final Payment:
The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Green Cay clients traveling April 16 - December 15 may pay the balance upon arrival at Green Cay.

Christmas - New Years:
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years season requires a 2 week stay. Reservations at Green Cay over this period require a 10 night stay. Higher rates may apply.

Cancellations:
In general, for written cancellations received outside the 60 days of arrival - 20% of gross rental price is retained. For cancellations inside the 60 days of arrival -the entire 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to avoid the unexpected.

Additional Info:
Villas in St. Martin require 5% - 12% island tax/service charge. The tax rate is dependant on the location of your rental. All rates assume double occupancy of the rooms. There is a 7 night minimum required for most properties in the winter season. A 5 night stay is required at most properties during the low season. Green Cay will allow a 4 night stay year round. Caribbean Luxury Collection can also arrange discount airfares, car and boat rentals, and medical and travel insurance.
