Renting a Villa in St. LuciaPlease note that the policies and procedures listed below tend to vary from island to island and are indicative of standard practices on each island.General: All villas on St. Lucia include maid service and a cook. Deposit: A 30% deposit is required within one week to confirm a reservation. Reservations are not considered firm until the deposit is received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. Final Payment: The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations: For written cancellations received outside the 60 days of arrival - 20% of gross rental price is retained. For cancellations inside the 60 days of arrival - the entire 100% of the required deposit is forfeited. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to avoid the unexpected. Additional Info: All rates assume double occupancy of the rooms. There is a 7 night minimum required for all properties in the winter season.
