ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - U.S. or Canadian driver's license, proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate, naturalization papers or passport), proof of nationality for Canadians and passport and visa for all other nationalities. MONEY MATTERS - The currency is the U.S. dollar. Credit cards are widely accepted. You may want to inquire as some cards are charged a fee to compensate for the fees that the merchant must pay the card issuer. Personal checks are generally not accepted. Tipping customs are the same as in the U.S. (15%).
