Additional St. John holidays are: · Three Kings' Day January 6 · Transfer Day March 31 · Organic Act Day June 20 · Emancipation Day July 3 · Hurricane Supplication Day July 25 · Hurricane Thanksgiving Day October 17 · Liberty Day November 1 · Christmas Second Day December 26 · St. John Festival and Cultural Celebration is held in late June through early July and features Carnival: an exciting blend of music, dances, pageants, sporting events and parades.
· The Harvest Festival in late September is celebrated by the congregation of the Bethany Moravian Church and features a sale of the best in local food. A similar festival sponsored by the Emmaus Moravian Church in Coral Bay is held in mid-November.
