Renting a Villa in Mustique

The exclusive island of Mustique is a secluded 1,400 acre paradise surrounded by beaches of pure white sand with gently swaying coconut palms and warm turquoise waters. It is a private retreat of barefoot luxury for those who visit and a peaceful setting where one can rest, recuperate and indulge.

Part of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Mustique has eighty-five private residences and a large majority are available for rent throughout the year. Until recently, the beauty of the island was only known to a handful of privileged travelers. The home owners of this exclusive retreat are international luminaries in the fields of art, science, industry and entertainment.

Mustique is the perfect destination for travelers seaching for a world class destination in a beautiful and quiet setting.

General

All villas on Mustique include a maid, cook and gardener. A rental vehicle is also included in the price of the rental.

Deposit

10% deposit is due when booked - non refundable eight months prior to arrival date.

40% deposit is due six months prior to arrival date - non refundable three months prior to arrival date.

50% (final payment) is due two months prior to arrival date - non refundable.

Rate Seasons

High Season is November 15 - May 1.
Low Season is May 1 - Nov. 15.

Please note that seasonal dates are subject to change.

Cancellations

Written cancellations received outside the 90 days of arrival - 20% of gross rental price is retained. For cancellations inside the 60 days of arrival - the entire 100% of the required deposit is forfeited. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to avoid the unexpected.

Additional Information

Villas in Mustique require a 15% island tax and no advance security/damage deposit. All Mustique rentals include a rental vehicle and manager's cocktail party. All rates assume double occupancy of the rooms. There is a 7 night minimum required for all properties year round. Caribbean Luxury Collection can also arrange your flights, car and boat rentals, and medical and travel insurance.

Christmas and New Years Reservations

All villas require a three week stay over the Christmas and New Years holiday period. Special rates may apply.
