Jamaica SportsSquash:Squash courts may be rented at two clubs in Kingston: Liguanea and Constant Spring. Horseback Riding: Jamaica provides the perfect atmosphere for horseback riding offering first class mounts for treks over miles of trails. Chukka Cove, between Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay, has a large equestrian center, where you may be able to get together a competitive game of polo! Tel: 972-2506. Cricket: The national past time of Jamaica is cricket. You can watch a game at Sabina Park. Bicycling: Tour the Blue Mountains by bicycle.
