This very spacious six-bedroom property is the ultimate in villa luxury. It is an adventure from the moment of entering the central courtyard with its cascading tropical flowers and bubbling fountain. You are enticed to explore this wonderful house. Landfall is a delight of discoveries.
The ground floor reveals two bedrooms, a gazebo dining room and a spacious indoor living area overlooking the pool and beach. A sunken living room with numerous comfortable sofas and lounges provides a place to relax in cool surroundings.
Upstairs a magnificent master bedroom with adjoining balcony awaits you. Three equally splendid bedrooms, all air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms provide ample space for large groups. An upstairs lounge is another quiet haven.
Throughout Landfall, a high tech sound system is capable of filling the entire villa with the music of your choice. A perfect home for entertaining, this unique property is ideal for sunset cocktails in the Jacuzzi, a midday lunch party around the swimming pool or a starlit barbeque dinner on the beach.
This privately owned villa is rented complete with all equipment and utilities including a fax machine, and is run by the owner's trained staff that consists ofa Dedicated Villa Manager, a very competent butler(famous for his rum punch),Cook,Assistant Cook/Housekeeper,Housekeeper,Laundress, Gardener and Security Guard. Babysitters can be provided on request.
Location Information: Adjacent to the Sandy Lane Estate and Golf Course, + mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetwon, 5 miles from the capital, Bridgetown, and 12 miles from the Grantley Adams International Airport.
