One of only four homes in an enclave known as The Garden, the estate presides over one and one-third acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds, majestic palms and mature mahogany trees. A lily pond with a fountain highlights the stately porte cochere. Alongside the elegantly arcing swimming pool with waterfall Jacuzzi spa, an expansive seaside terrace commands breathtaking views along the coastline towards the prestigious Royal Pavilion and Glitter Bay Hotels.
Complementing this outstanding site, the stately Colonial-style residence has been impeccably designed by Robertson Ward Associates for gracious living and entertaining. Elegantly detailed and superbly scaled, the newly built main house and separate guest cottage together provide more than 18,000 square feet. This includes eight bedrooms, eight full baths, and three powder rooms.
In the main residence, natural coral stone is highlighted throughout the spacious, light-filled principal rooms, all featuring high ceilings and large windows, framing captivating views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. On the main floor, the grand foyer opens to the seaside terrace and elegant stair hall of coral stone with ornate wrought iron railing leading to the upper level. The formal living room and dining room seating ten both feature fanlighted French doors opening to the terrace running the length of the villa. A study adjoins.
The kitchen offers granite work tops, custom cabinetry and top-of-the line appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and deep freeze, two ovens, cooktop, microwave, dishwater, ice maker, and four standing glass fronted chillers. Adjacent are a pantry, storage room, and two staff rooms with bath.
Off the foyer, a gallery leads to a powder room and exercise room with large screen TV with satellite, bath, steam shower and adjoining courtyard. Two bedrooms feature walk-in closets, king size beds, private baths, and French doors to the terrace. All bathrooms have glass enclosed showers and single vanities.
Up the stairs and opening to a seaside terrace, the extensive master suite is comprised of a large bedroom with a four poster canopy king size bed, dressing room, steam shower, double vanity and luxurious Jacuzzi bath. Two additional bedrooms feature walk-in closets, private baths, and French doors to the terrace. The residence is served by a security system, intercoms, three fax machines, three bedroom safes, central air conditioning, a stand-by generator, several water storage tanks, water filtration, a water softener system, solar hot water, and central vacuum system.
Decorated in a classic style, the two story guest cottage includes a foyer with powder room, a great room with terrace, a kitchen with laundry, two bedrooms with baths, and an upstairs master suite with a queen size four poster bed, dressing room, double vanity, bath, and terrace. In the guest cottage, all bathrooms have showers only.

The staff of eight includes a butler, cook, two maids, laundress, gardener, and night watchman. Children stay by special arrangement only; nannies are required.
