Located on over two acres of landscaped grounds including numerous orchids and tropical flowers, Aurora enjoys an elevated position commanding panoramic views over the Sandy Lane Estate and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
This recently constructed elegant Georgian style villa offers rental accommodation of five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
A spacious and comfortable living room and separate dining room lead onto a covered pool verandah offering more informal seating and dining, with fabulous views of the ocean and evening sunsets.
In addition to a large mosaic tiled swimming pool there is a tennis court and a beach cabana on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.
This privately owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities, and is run by the owner's trained staff of a housekeeper/cook, maid and laundress.
Babysitters can be supplied on request. The upstairs master bedroom is not available in the rental. Food and drink are not included in the rate for this villa, but can be provided with prior notice. Cat lovers only, please! Aurora is on the ridge of the Sandy Lane Golf Course, one quarter mile from excellent swimming on the Sandy Lane Beach, one quarter mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetown, five miles from the capital, Bridgetown, and twelve miles from the Grantley Adams International Airport.
**Please Note: The owner's cats live at the villa year round.**
